History

Hasan-Dermapharm: is a joint venture with Dermapharm AG, Germany.

» DERMAPHARM AG: head office in Munich,Germany. Currently, Dermapharm AG is the head office of 4 pharmaceutical plants and many susidiaries in Germany and Europe. Dermapharm AG owns one of the most modern plants in Germany with advanced technology and accounts for more than 300 products. 

» HASAN Co., Ltd is of the first companies awarded certificates of WHO, GMP, GLP, GSP by Vietnam Drug Administration, Ministry of Health. Our mission is to manufacture high quality prescription drugs.

Hasan history timeline:

6/2004: 
HASAN PHARMA was officially established.

10/2004:
HASAN PHARMA started to build a plant with WHO GMP, GLP, GSP standards. It was one of the first plants ever built under such standards in Vietnam.

5/2006:

First products were released.
 
9/2006:
Being proud of being the first Vietnamese pharmaceutical company to complete Bioequivalence Study for our product ‘Nifedipin Hasan 20 Retard which gives the same effect with the model product  according to US-FDA.

7/2007:
Joint venture contract signing between HASAN and DERMAPHARM AG and transformation to HASAN-DERMAPHARM CO.,LTD

8/2007:
Complete Bioequivalence Study for Gabahasan which gives the same effects with ‘Neurotin-Pfizer’

9/ 2008:
Complete Bioequivalence Study for 5 products: Lordivas 5, Bihasal 5, Forminhasan 850 and 2 special prolonged released ones: Glisan 30 MR and Vashasan 35 MR.

10/2008: 
First exports to foreign markets.

 12/2008: 
Awarded “Vietnam Top Brand for pharmaceuticals and medical equipments.”
