In order to build the future management team that meets the development of Hasan-Dermapharm, a prerequisite mission has been defined under this program. It is to select, train and develop talented and enthusiastic graduate students. Appropriate trainings will be provided to equip them with necessary skills together with real working experience. After 3 months training, students then will be given chance to become our Sales Supervisor and deserving renumeration and benefits.

Recruiting and training procedure:

  •     Shortlisted candidates will go through an interview.    
  •   Successful candidates will assume the role of management trainee and salary will be paid depending on the job level.         
  •   Training will then be provided to management trainees on sales skill, effective communication skill, product knowledge, etc… and they will be given chances to learn real life experiences from working with assigned area/sales supervisor.         
  •    After 3 months of training and successful completion of the evaluation test, management trainees will be officially appointed as sales supervisor of the company.
